Bagels
Ingredients:
1 Pack of Kitty’s Kits
330ml water
Method:

1. start my mixing your dough, I’d use your hands for this one as it’ll be quite dry, once there is no
dry flour left, pop a cloth over the dough and leave for 8-24hrs.

2. Scoop your dough out onto a floured surface and cut into 6-8 chunks. Roll each chunk into a ball
and let rest for 1hr.
Preheat the oven to 220c, boil a litre of water in a saucepan and add 1tbsp bicarb- this will make
it chewy!
3. With the end of a wooden spoon or your fingers, poke a whole in the middle of each ball, stretch it out then plop into your boiling water, boil on each side for 1 minute then scoop out and slide onto a baking tray. Brush each bagel with an egg wash, sprinkle on seeds and bake for 15 to 20 mins.
4. Eat fresh by itself of with toppings (cream cheese and peanut butter are my favourites!
